My response to what is going down in Gaza

I am strangely drawn to what is going down over there. I am currently in Arad which is not much of a target for the Hamas at all!
But I am going to visit a friend in a Moshav that is much closer to the strip. As well as I am planning on checking out a farm that is extremely close to it all. Considering how it goes, I may volunteer there for a few weeks. I don't know what is wrong with me but I am incredibly drawn to get as close to Gaza as possible. It's either stupidity or the Lord. I wasn't even considering this farm before all of this started going down. We'll see...

Visa

So I went into the visa place December 4th. Told them about my desire to live on kibbutz' and independent farms, showed them my return flight in May and without asking any questions the woman behind the counter renewed my visa until June. It was strange to me how easy it was with how difficult everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was preparing me for.
It was also pretty sweet that I felt the Lord prompt me toward the lady behind the counter whom I was not originally in line for. Who knows what would have happened if I had stayed where I was.

So I've discovered my little friends like to move it, like move it move it...

So while returning from one our many adventures from the part, me, the whitest thing in town, walking hand in hand with the darkest little things in town. The song from Madagascar pots into my head. So I begin to sing it along with my own little movements. Next thing I know the three brother's Tony, Dodo and David begin to bust out in their dancing moves.
It was AmAzING!!! It was like flipping a switch inside of them. Do I need to say we danced the rest of the way back to the apartment? I was laughing so hard because these little kids have some serious moves!
For the rest of the day no matter how engrossed they were with their activity or game, if I began to sing the song they would bust out. It's seriously in their bones. Makes my heart SO incredibly happy to say the least!
